The home-made dried pork, calf and wild boar meat have made the renown of this authentic restaurant. Paul-Antoine, the owner of the place, cooks in the traditional way his family always has done. As a farmer's son, and being himself breeder and pork butcher, he loves his products and knows how to bring out their best by his cooking.

You will, of course, be able to taste everything that is made with pork (tripe, black pudding, pork brawn, liver sausage...), also calf or wild boar meat simmered with flavoured scrub herbs, gratins with vegetables and broccio (fresh sheep cheese), corsican soup, chestnut flour cake … Paul-Antoine always prefers local and seasonal products, that is why we strongly advise you to reserve because all his meals are made with fresh products available daily.

Three set meals are available : for 15 € you can eat a starter or the main course, cheese or dessert ; for 23 € a starter, the main course, cheese or dessert ; for 25€ you can eat a starter, a main course, cheese, dessert and coffee..
